True ceremonial-grade cacao isn't mass-produced in factories. It can't be.
To preserve the bioactive epicatechins, the cacao must be:
✅ Fermented using traditional methods
(not rushed industrial processing)
✅ Dried at low temperatures
(high heat destroys the compounds)
✅ Tested for heavy metals
(cacao absorbs from soil; most brands skip this)
✅ Sourced from specific cacao-growing regions known for high flavanol conten
This takes TIME. And it means we can only produce small batches.....
Add in the fact that more people are discovering ceremonial cacao every week — and that once people try Isara, they tend to stock up (because they finally found something that works) — and you can see why sellouts happen fast.
The good news:
Our last three batches sold through before the next one was ready. We're currently in stock — but based on the pattern, that won't last long.
If you've read this far, you already know this is different from what you've tried before. The question is whether you act on that today, or come back in three weeks to find we're sold out again.
If you're reading this and Isara is still in stock, you're one of the lucky ones.
